Lean protein can be found in chicken (1 whole chicken breast is compose of 42 grams), tuna, beef, soy, nuts, etc. And good complex carbs could easily be found in potatoes, sweet poatoes, pasta, brown rice and a little but of white rice and some wheat bread.
